the voluum software is an ad tracking software that helps internet marketers who run ads on the internet run their ads from one dashboard, track hat particular ads are working, and then optimize those ads for better results…
That’s just what voluum ad tracking software is…
and now that I know for sure that you have a basic understanding of what voluum is, I’ll now go ahead and talk a little bit more about how it works,
So, Here’s How Voluum Works…
to still keep everything short and straight to the point,
voluum lets you connect your account once you get an account with them to tonnes and tonnes of ad networks, like
Google ads, Revcontent, MGID, and lots of the most known ad networks in the world.
and once the connections are done, you’ll be able to run all your ads as a marketer on these multiple platforms,
and how this helps is that it just makes everything easier, cause you’ll be able to see the type of data that most of your dashboards in those ad platforms won’t give you…
and yeah, it’s that simple, that’s just how it works…
and now that I know for sure that you know how the voluum DSP ad tracker works I will now go ahead and,
walk you through the things I think you should know from my experience right after I spent over $2000+ with them in the past 6 months,

My Experience With Them After These 6 Months…
So about my experience with them,
I recently got into doing paid advertising with my business as an affiliate marketer and for that reason,
I bought a course that taught me how to run ads and all and,
It was in that training course that I learned about tracking software as a whole,
the guy I was learning from talked about 3 different tracking software and voluum was one of the three and,
me myself being someone that likes to try things out of curiosity paid for plans with the 3 different software (and yeah I’ll still compare voluum to these other two later in the article)
but for now, I’ll go ahead and talk about voluum itself and I’ll rate voluum on a scale of 1 to 10 using the following metrics which include:
- how good their customer support
- how easy their user interface is
- the possible integrations (very important)
- the available resources that they provide to users
and based on these 4 metrics you’ll then be able to decide on whether voluum is something you would want to get and use for yourself,
So, I’ll get started right away by sharing my experience with their customer support,
So, How Good Is Voluum’s Customer Support?
In all honesty, I would give voluum a 9/10 with their customer support because they do something that is very rare and I say that cause,
not every company on the internet gives you your own personal account manager but voluum unlike a lot of its competitors… what you can see in the image I attached below is a chat that I was having with my voluum account manager on WhatsApp,
and yeah, it’s like the best customer support that I’ve seen when compared to what the other companies that compete with voluum give you when you’re on their platform and that’s exactly why I gave them a 9/10 on their customer support…
So, now that I’ve given you my two cents on their customer support, I’ll now go ahead and talk about their user interface…
So,
How User Friendly Is Voluum’s User Interface?
In all honesty, In this part, unlike the /10 that I gave them with their customer support, I would give voluum a 7/10 here and trust me it would have been lower than that, but I’ll just leave it at 7/10 because,
their user interface might get a bit techy which will make it hard for no techy people to use but when you compare it to that of its competitors, it’s actually the best one out of all of them,
I attached a screenshot of what their user interface looks like on the inside once you’re inside of voluum,
and like I said earlier, you can for sure see that it has a lot of different buttons and things on the screen which I know will get a lot of beginners confused at first,
but if you’re someone that’s already experienced with the whole game of advertising or you’re someone that’s all techy and stuff, finding your way around voluum shouldn’t be an issue but on the contrary,
if you’re new to the whole game of running ads with tracking software like voluum and all, you can simply hit up your account manager and he or she will surely help you out,
and I say it once again, voluum’s customer support is just one that is hard to beat cause they’re just perfect at handling ans=d making their users feel special,
so to conclude about their user interface, it’s a 7/10 and now that I’ve walked you through what I feel you should know about their user interface, I’ll now go ahead and,
walk you through what you should know about the other platforms that voluum can integrate to because any ad tracking software that can’t integrate into other platforms in order to help run your ads isn’t something you should use at all,
So,
How Good Is Voluum With Integrations?
When it comes to integrations, every good ad tracking platform/software should be able to integrate itself to a number of the 2 things below which include:
- A good number of affiliate networks
- A good number of ad platforms
and as regards voluum, I’ll still be brutally honest with you here, I’ll give voluum a 9/10 here as well because they do a pretty good job with this one cause as regards affiliate networks,
Voluum connects and integrated with most of the top affiliate networks around the globe and I’ll list a few of the ones that I know of below:

this feature is something that you’ll not see with most of voluum’s competitors…

Did Voluum Have Any Resources & How Good Were They?
to keep everything short and straight to the point here,
I’ll give them a 6/10 on this one because for sure they do offer you information from four places specifically which are,
and the truth with all these 4 sources of giving informational resources to their users is that a few are filled with half-wit information and that’s why I have them a 6/10 here,
let me explain,
with their blog, I would give them a 5/10 there because instead of writing content that will help affiliates and other advertisers that see their platform master their platform,
they focus more on articles that are geared towards people that don’t use their platform, a good example of things they write on their blog is the one I put In the image below,
and I don’t have any issues with them doing that but I still feel like they should focus more on writing content that,
will help new and novice users on their platform learn how to do various things on their platform…
and honestly, I would have given voluum a 2/10 on their blog resources just that the fact that all their users get their own account manager to help them out is something that solves the problem that their blog doesn’t…
so, with all that said about the voluum blog,
we’ll now go ahead and talk about the voluum affiliate academy, which looks like what you see in the image below:
and this is where I would say that they really do a good job because,
I myself have taken those courses and I can surely say that they are one of the best you can get your hands on, coupled with the fact that you’re getting all that training from 6, 7, and 8 figure affiliate marketers...
So yeah, I’ll give them a 9/10 on here…
and as regards the voluum tutorials section, they sure do a good job on that, and one thing I like there is the fact that they have a section for,
beginners and one for advanced marketers so that everyone is carried along and no one is left behind… I’ll attach an image of what the voluum tutorials section looks like below,

I’ll now move on to the part of voluum’s resources where they hold live webinars for their users with prominent people in the affiliate marketing industry as a whole,
I have personally gone through these webinars myself and I must say that it’s really helpful cause we all know that it’s rare and
hard to have people that are successful some on a show and drop some golden nuggets about what’s working in the industry,
and you get to get it there with voluum, so, I’ll just have to give them a 9/10 on this as well because they do a pretty good job with their webinars section which looks like,

What Features Does Voluum Have?
As far as features go,
I’ll list a few of the things that I know voluum does so that you just get to get a full scoop of what you’re paying for before you go ahead make a decision…
So here they are,
1. The Dashboards:
This is the part of voluum that’ll let you look at your campaigns and get a very very clear idea of how things are working, how much profit you’re making,
and all that information that you need to regularly scheme through as an affiliate marketer...
and with that said about the dashboard, I’ll move on to the next feature which is,
2. The Feature That Tracks Conversions:
Now, this particular feature inside of voluum, let’s us track lots of things which include different types of conversions through whatever funnels you’re running traffic to,
it also helps you track the impressions that your ad campaigns are getting at the time, and apart from that,
there is also a part of voluum’s tracking feature that is geared towards tracking all the organic traffic that comes straight to whatever you’re promoting if you’re someone that’s using free traffic sources…
and the part that tracks organic traffic is something that’s truly rare amongst voluum’s competitors cause most of them don’t have that feature…
so, now that we’ve talked about voluum’s tracking features, I’ll now walk you through the next feature that we’ll talk about here which is,
3. The Feature That Redirects Webhooks:
This is the feature inside the voluum platform that is responsible for redirecting your visitors to various landing pages automatically…
a good example is, let’s just assume that you want to send traffic to 3 different landing pages and then use voluum to track which of the landing pages will make you the most amount of money,
that’s exactly what this webhook redirecting feature does inside of voluum,
it simply redirects users to various landing pages and tracks their actions and then sends you reports of what’s working and what’s not…
and now that I know that you know what the webhook redirector feature is and what it does, I’ll now go ahead and walk you through the next feature that I’ll talk about here, which is,
4. The Landing Page Protection Feature:
This particular feature is the one that’s responsible for helping you protect your work as a marketer that’s trying to make the most amount of money possible from your campaigns, cause
as we all know, there are lots of affiliates out there that will use ad spy tools to spy on what their competitors are doing, and,
most times, it’ll every hard to stop them from seeing your ad, but at leat, with a tracker like voluum, you’ll have the ability to,
stop them from seeing your landing page and what’s on it cause when they do, they steal it,
your campaign gets saturated and most times, you’ll start losing money on your campaigns because everyone is running it…
So that’s what the landing page protection feature inside of voluum helps you achieve and now that I know that you know that,
we’ll now move ahead and talk about the next feature here which is,
5. The Multi-Step Funnels Feature:
This is a feature in the voluum tracking platform that actually allows you to add upsells on your landing pages so that you get to make more profits from your campaigns…
how this works is, for example, let’s just say that you’re running traffic to a campaign that is supposed to sell a $100 supplement to people, with the multi-step funnel feature,
you can add upsells and maybe promote something like an extra $10 ebook that will help people that bought the supplements get more results and these are the type of campaigns that,
you can use the multi-step funnel feature inside of voluum to run, and now that I know that you know what that is, I’ll now move on to the next feature that I’m supposed to talk about here,

As the name implies, this [articular feature inside of voluum is the one that lets you manually modify your campaign costs in voluum if the traffic source you’re running your ads on doesn’t do that automatically.

8. The Multicurrency Support Feature:
This particular feature is something that I didn’t see on any other tracking platforms that I tried out, and yeah,
what it does is that when you’re running and tracking campaigns inside of voluum,
It’ll let you easily compare the cost of the traffic you’re running and the amount of money the affiliate network is paying you so that even if the affiliate network is using different currency,
and trust me, this feature is something that you don’t just see with other ad tracking platforms, and yeah,
now that we’ve talked about that and what it does, we’ll now go ahead and talk about the next feature here which is,
9. The Feature That Lets You Do A Manual Conversion Upload:
What this feature does is still something that you won’t see with most of the other tracking platforms out there cause when you’re promoting something that’s on an affiliate network that’s not very popular,
most of the tracking platforms might not be able to automatically track and send conversions to your affiliate network and that’s where voluum comes in with this feature cause,
what the feature helps you do, is that it’ll help you track the conversions manually upload if the affiliate network you’re promoting on doesn’t provide a valid postback URL to voluum.

10. The Traffic Log Feature:
This traffic log feature is the one that is responsible for tracking and giving you detailed and downloaded reports of how every single click to your campaign performed…

PROS: The Things I Liked About Voluum…
- one of the first things that I must mention as something that I love about them is the fact that they give you very very detailed reporting, they are very good at that…
- the second thing that I must mention as something that I liked and I feel you too will like about voluum is the fact that they provide a lot of support to their users, (I’m sure you remember the mage I attached of me chatting with my account manager) everyone gets one as long as you’re a voluum user…
- the third and last thing that I’d love to mention as something that I loved about using voluum is the fact that they have a wide variety of features, and this s something that they have used to beat most of their competitors…
and now that I’ve mentioned the 3 things that I feel I liked most about using voluum up until now,
I’ll now move on to the next part of this review which is where I’ll talk about the things that I didn’t really like about using voluum,
CONS: The Things I Didn’t Really Like…
- the first thing that I must mention here is the fact that I feel like they should do a little bit better with what they do on their blog, they should write step-by-step articles that help their users…
- the second thing that I’d like to mention as something that I didn’t really like about voluum is the fact that it’s a bit costlier when you compare them to their competitors but it’s stable and has all the features that I want, (while most of the others don’t)

- The Profit Plan: (I would recommend this for people who spend well over $50,000 and above monthly on ads)
- The Grow Plan: (I would recommend this for advanced marketers who have a team or some kind of people that they work together with) this is the one I use…
- The Custom Plan: (that should work for you if you’re the owner of Facebook or some kind of very huge advertising agency) lol…
